Overview of ESPA
Energy Sector Professionals Association (ESPA) is a branch of Unite the Union, a trade union operating in Ireland and the UK.
ESPA provides workplace support and representation for Engineers and Professionals in the ESB, EirGrid and Endesa Ireland. It is the only union in those companies that can negotiate on behalf of Engineers and Professionals as a group.

ESPA is run by the Branch Council, the executive body of the Branch. The Branch Council consists of Chairpersons of Sub-Branches and Officers of the Management Committee. They are elected to their positions at the AGM usually for the two-year term of office that can be extended at Council's discretion. The AGM is also the policy-making body of the Branch and is open to all members.
