Unite ESPA holds the official negotiating rights on behalf of engineering, professional and middle management grades in ESB and its subsidiary companies (including ESBI), EirGrid, and Endesa Ireland.  ESPA is the ONLY union that can negotiate on behalf of Engineers and Professional and Middle Management (P&MM) contract holders as a group.
